上海市企业青年干部海外实训培训班

(一)项目背景

此项目被列入上海市与有关国家城市友好合作计划,其目的是:通过双方企业中高层经营管理人员的相互学习和交流,培养人才,增进中外企业间的相互了解,增强上海企业与国外企业合作的可能性,最终促进双方经济的可持续发展。

(二)人员选拔

赴国外企业实训人员均来自上海国有大型企业和金融机构,平均年龄为35至40岁,外语流利,具有在国有大型企业和金融机构主要经营管理部门担任负责人或在其子公司担任高层管理工作的经历,是企业未来领导者的后备人选。

(三)国内培训(8周)

培训内容:英语、政治理论、相关知识

(四)海外实训(8周)

第一周  企业实训前相关知识培训。

培训内容:

1. 所在国经济发展现状

2. 所在国企业管理流程及管理特点

3. 所在国企业文化

4. 沟通技巧

5. 考察当地著名企业

第二周至第七周

进入企业管理岗位实训。

第八周

实训总结和评估。


Professional Placement for the Young Enterprise Leader 


Project Background

This is a project under the framework of Friendly City Cooperative Memorandum of both cities.Through the exchange for administrators between the sister cities, the project aims to train excellent administrative talents, promote mutual understanding and the cooperation between the enterprises of both sides. It is clear that the project will help economic development of the two countries.

Candidates Selection

The candidates are from large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions. The average age is 35 to 40 years. They are fluent in English and have senior management experience in group or subsidiary companies. They are all suitable backup for the enterprises.

Domestic Training ( 8 weeks)

The main contents: English , Political Theory , Related Knowledge .

Overseas Placement ( 8 weeks)

1st week  training with theoretical course to prepare for placement.

The main contents :

1. The Present Situation of Economic Development in the host country

2. Management Process and Characteristics in the host country

3. Enterprise Culture of the host country

4. Communication Skills

5. Visiting the famous local corporations

2nd –7th week

Professional placement in the enterprises

8th week

Placement conclusion and evaluation
