Business Administration for Managers from Private Companies

National Certificate for Professional Managers

Objectives
The program is verification training of national qualification for professional managers. Being launched and managed by the biggest business society in China ¨C China Business Association and China Entrepreneur Society. The purpose of this program is to create a platform for those who are eager to challenge their management skills and change for a new job. With this qualification, it is hoped that a highly qualified professional manager team can be formed.

Contents:
The training will be delivered in accordance with the Teaching Outlines for National Qualification for Professional Managers. Mainly: innovation management, balanced scorecard, managing communication and business internationalization, totaling 48 hours.
In order to improve management skills, the training is focused on ¡°evaluation techniques¡± and ¡°business simulation for decision-making¡±, totaling 8 and 24 hours respectively.

Shanghai Badly-Needed Talent Certificates

Objectives
It is the training and testing for Shanghai Badly-needed Talents __ Qualification for Professional Managers. Based on standards of MBA curricula, according to the qualities and abilities required by the post of a professional manager, the program is designed to help improve students overall abilities in managing business. Upon successful completion of the test, students will be awarded the ¡®Certificate for qualified manager in Shanghai¡¯ jointly issued by Shanghai Personnel Bureau, Shanghai Education Commission. The certificate can be served as a reference for employment.
